TDG will attend and be available to lead parts of the neighborhood charrette in support of Blue Zones. The charrette will focus on gathering final consensus or public alignment of project recommendations. Our fee assumes that this is an evening meeting. TDG will provide one round of engineering review of technical components for Blue Zone's updated concepts in markup/comment format. TDG will require a minimum of 5 days to provide comments. Deliverable: Meeting attendance and facilitation for Workshop 2. One round of comments on updated concepts provided by Blue Zones. Task 4: City Council Presentation (May 21st) TDG will attend and be prepared to present at the City Council meeting on May 21st. It is our understanding most of the content will be developed by Blue Zones with TDG available as an alternate for Dan Burden of Blue Zones who may have a conflict on that day. Deliverable: Meeting attendance and presentation at the City Council Meeting. Blue Zones (Dan Burden) $36,755 Toole Design (Traffic Engineers & Planners) $11,500 Additional Fee: $48,255 + Reimbursable Expenses* B. Public Outreach and Messaging for the "Additional Focus on Neighborhood Traffic Issues and Mobility Options" — For this effort, ELS will engage BergDavis to assist ELS and the city with the following specific tasks: 0 Creating a community announcement for each Neighborhood Traffic Issues Workshop — a total of three as follows: March 1 , March 22 and April 26 Additional Fee: $ 6,000 + Reimbursable Expenses* C. Additional ELS effort to blend and coordinate Blue Zones and Toole Design's efforts into the final Schematic Design, as well as additional effort required to manage contracts of both Blue Zones and Toole Design. ELS will attend and participate in all workshops outlined in Blue Zones tasks listed above. Additional Fee: $23,750 + Reimbursable Expenses* 11. *Reimbursable Expenses Budget for Original Scope of Work and Additional Traffic Study + Workshops 1 ) Outside consultants, other than those identified in the original proposal as being included in Basic Services; 2) Transportation and living expenses in connection with out-of-town travel, as authorized by the Client; 3) Long distance communications and facsimiles; 4) Reproduction, photocopies, mounting and photography; 5) Postage, shipping and delivery; 6) Fees paid for securing approval of authorities having jurisdiction over the project; and 7) Professional renderings and models and associated "cloud" fees.
