TDG will attend and be available to lead parts of the neighborhood charrette in support of Blue Zones. The charrette <br /> will focus on gathering final consensus or public alignment of project recommendations. Our fee assumes that this is <br /> an evening meeting. TDG will provide one round of engineering review of technical components for Blue Zone's <br /> updated concepts in markup/comment format. TDG will require a minimum of 5 days to provide comments. <br /> Deliverable: Meeting attendance and facilitation for Workshop 2. One round of comments on updated concepts provided <br /> by Blue Zones. <br /> Task 4: City Council Presentation (May 21st) <br /> TDG will attend and be prepared to present at the City Council meeting on May 21st. It is our understanding most of the <br /> content will be developed by Blue Zones with TDG available as an alternate for Dan Burden of Blue Zones who may <br /> have a conflict on that day. <br /> Deliverable: Meeting attendance and presentation at the City Council Meeting. <br /> Blue Zones (Dan Burden) $36,755 <br /> Toole Design (Traffic Engineers & Planners) $11,500 <br /> Additional Fee: $48,255 + Reimbursable Expenses* <br /> B. Public Outreach and Messaging for the "Additional Focus on Neighborhood Traffic Issues and Mobility <br /> Options" — For this effort, ELS will engage BergDavis to assist ELS and the city with the following specific <br /> tasks: <br /> 0 Creating a community announcement for each Neighborhood Traffic Issues Workshop — a total of <br /> three as follows: March 1 , March 22 and April 26 <br /> Additional Fee: $ 6,000 + Reimbursable Expenses* <br /> C. Additional ELS effort to blend and coordinate Blue Zones and Toole Design's efforts into the final Schematic <br /> Design, as well as additional effort required to manage contracts of both Blue Zones and Toole Design. <br /> ELS will attend and participate in all workshops outlined in Blue Zones tasks listed above. <br /> Additional Fee: $23,750 + Reimbursable Expenses* <br /> 11. *Reimbursable Expenses Budget for Original Scope of Work and Additional Traffic Study + <br /> Workshops <br /> 1 ) Outside consultants, other than those identified in the original proposal as being included in Basic Services; <br /> 2) Transportation and living expenses in connection with out-of-town travel, as authorized by the Client; <br /> 3) Long distance communications and facsimiles; <br /> 4) Reproduction, photocopies, mounting and photography; <br /> 5) Postage, shipping and delivery; <br /> 6) Fees paid for securing approval of authorities having jurisdiction over the project; and <br /> 7) Professional renderings and models and associated "cloud" fees. <br /> Page 5of6 <br /> REV: 05-07-18 JS <br /> ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 1/ELS Architecture and Urban Design <br />
