C <br />with California Labor Laws and applicable Federal requirements. Contractor shall <br />maintain documentation that demonstrates compliance with hour and wage <br />requirements of this part. Such documentation shall be made available to the <br />Grantee for review upon request. <br />22. SECTION 3 OF THE HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT <br />ACT OF 1968. Contractor hereby agrees that it will comply with the provisions of <br />Section 3, the regulations set forth in 24 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) part <br />135, as that section may be amended from time to time, and all applicable rules <br />and orders of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br />Contractor will, to the greatest extent feasible, prioritize making available <br />opportunities for training and employment under this contract to low- and very <br />low-income residents of Redwood City. <br />Contractor further agrees to include language specifying required compliance <br />with Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 in all <br />subcontracts executed under this agreement. <br />Contractor certifies and agrees that no contractual or other legal incapacity exists <br />that would prevent compliance with these requirements. <br />23. GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Contractor will keep fully <br />informed of federal, state and local laws and ordinances and regulations which in <br />any manner affect those employed by Contractor, or in any way affect the Project <br />by Contractor. <br />24. LEAD-BASED PAINT.
