EXHIBIT A <br />1. Scone of Work/ Tasks <br />Contractor shall perform the following services: <br />A. Kmart Storm Pump Station, Pump #1 <br />(i) Contractor will repair the Berkeley Model 1616 propeller pump and 30 <br />horsepower motor using the parts listed below: <br />• (1) Berkeley 1616/20 — 1 stage bronze bowl assembly <br />• (1) 416 Stainless steel lower line shaft <br />• (1) 416 Stainless steel upper line shaft <br />• (1) 416 Stainless steel head/motor shaft <br />• (1)Bronze top bowl bearing <br />• (1) Oil tube line shaft bearings <br />• (1) Top tension tube bearing <br />• (1) Lower oil tube <br />• (2) Intermediate oil tubes <br />• (1) Top oil tube <br />• (1) set of motor bearings <br />• (1) 16" Epoxy coated dresser coupling <br />• (1) Gasket set <br />• Set of stainless steel hardware <br />(ii) Contractor will also perform the following: <br />• Sandblast and epoxy coat inside and outside of column <br />• Clean, dip and bake motor stator <br />• Recondition motor <br />• On-site installation <br />(iii) All equipment and materials needed to perform the above work will be provided <br />by the Contractor. <br />B.
