Oddstad Storm Pump Station, Pump #2 <br />(i) Contractor will repair the Fairbanks Morse Figure 8211 24" propeller pump and <br />125 horsepower motor using the parts listed below: <br />• (1) Model 821124" — 1 stage Fairbanks Morse bowl assembly <br />• (1) Lower line shaft <br />• (1) Upper line shaft <br />• (1) Head shaft <br />• (1) Lower oil tube <br />• (2) Center oil tubes <br />• (1) Upper oil tube <br />• (1) Jump oil tube bearing <br />• (2) Line shaft bearings <br />• (1) Top tube bearing <br />• (1) 24" dresser coupling <br />• (1) set of motor bearings <br />(ii) Contractor will also perform the following: <br />• Balance motor rotor <br />• Clean, dip and bake motor stator <br />• Recondition motor <br />• Sandblast and epoxy coat column pipe <br />• On-site installation <br />(iii) All equipment and materials needed to perform the above work will be provided <br />by the Contractor. <br />2. Pavment Terms <br />Contractor shall provide the services outlined herein for a flat fee of $111,719.00.
