Consultant will draft the Notice of Determination for signature and filing at the County <br />Clerk by the project sponsor, who would pay the applicable fees directly. <br />Not to Exceed Cost <br />The total cost to prepare the Response to Comments / Final EIR is an amount not to exceed <br />$115,737, as detailed in Exhibit A, Final EIR Cost Spreadsheet. Subconsultant's total cost is <br />$49,450 (with ESA fee), approximately 42 percent of the total cost. <br />As indicated in Task 1, Consultant estimates 296 labor hours to conduct all the work described in <br />this scope to prepare the Response to Comments / Final EIR.
