Hearing (City Council). This task also assumes <br />Consultant will prepare and present an updated oral <br />and Powerpoint overview of the Final EIR. <br />Task 4.2 NOD. Consultant will draft the Notice of Determination for signature and filing at the County <br />Clerk by the project sponsor, who would pay the applicable fees directly. <br />Not to Exceed Cost <br />The total cost to prepare the Response to Comments / Final EIR is an amount not to exceed <br />$115,737, as detailed in Exhibit A, Final EIR Cost Spreadsheet. Subconsultant's total cost is <br />$49,450 (with ESA fee), approximately 42 percent of the total cost. <br />As indicated in Task 1, Consultant estimates 296 labor hours to conduct all the work described in <br />this scope to prepare the Response to Comments / Final EIR. Those hours include work <br />Consultant has already conducted so far to support Task 1 (and Exhibit A) and Task 2.1.1. <br />As also shown in Exhibit A, Consultant proposes a small team of experienced senior staff who are <br />already familiar with the Project; while this includes senior staff conducting key parts of the work, it <br />also ensures the highest level of efficiency and internally consistent within a document were clarity <br />and consistency are particularly important and potentially challenging. <br />Page 8 of 10 <br />REV: 08-06-19 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 2/ESA Harbor View Project <br />
