• MR -2 Supplemental Employment Density. This master response will utilize subconsultants additional trip generation data (Task 2.1.1) and associated daily traffic volumes (ADT), employment density and VMT associated with the Draft EIR Project, and how the analysis of the Revised Project compares to the information presented in the Draft EIR. • MR -3 Sea Level Rise. Given the high number of comments and interest focused on concerns regarding the methodology and assumptions regarding the Project site relative to sea level rise and future flood risk, this master response will address questions, address the City's policies and approach, and redirect comments to the Draft EIR analysis. • MR -4 Comments on Project Merits. This is a master response that responds to the many comments provided regarding the merits of the project rather than its physical environmental impacts. Task 2.5 — Meetings Consultant and subconsultant will attend meetings and participate in conference calls during preparation of this work. For cost estimating purposes a total of up to 36 hours is assumed, encompassing approximately six (6) one-hour conference calls and two (2) in- person meetings (including those specified throughout Task 2). Task 2.6 — Documents Consultant will prepare and submit an Administrative Response to Comments / Final EIR (AFEIR) for two (2) rounds of review, in addition to a Screencheck draft. Task 3: MMRP, References and Findings.
