Items Provided by Permittee: <br /> <br />(a) Sufficient volunteers present at the locations indicated on the course <br />overview maps to safely monitor the routes and event closure areas. <br /> <br />(b) The Permittee will notify all businesses and residents along the routes <br />and within the affected event areas with sufficient time to allow for <br />those businesses and residents to accommodate the parking and <br />traffic restrictions associated with this event. <br /> <br />(c) Medical response / First Aid personnel immediately available to <br />address medical issues associated with this event. <br /> <br />(d) The Permittee will be responsible for providing, placing, and collecting <br />all traffic barricades and/or cones required for this event. <br /> <br />(e) Waste reduction activities shall be implemented to comply with <br />California State waste diversion mandate AB 939--The Integrated <br />Waste Management Act--to the extent feasible. <br /> <br />(f) Access to adequate temporary restroom facilities at no expense to <br />the City. <br /> <br />13. Additional Matters: Additional or further matters not herein described or <br />contemplated in connection with the 2nd Annual Run with the Cops event shall <br />not be effectuated without the prior written consent of the Police Chief. <br /> <br />14.
