<br /> <br /> <br /> Police Department 1301 Maple Street <br /> JR Gamez Redwood City, CA 94063 <br /> Chief of Police Telephone (650) 780-7122 <br /> Fax Line (650) 780-7149 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, naming the <br />City, its City Council, commissions, committees, boards, officers, employees, <br />volunteers and agents (collectively “City-insureds”) as insureds or additional <br />insureds. If the City-insureds are covered as additional insureds, the <br />Permittee shall provide endorsements to the policy which shall provide that (i) <br />said insurance shall be primary insurance with respect to the City-insureds, <br />(ii) apply separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is <br />brought, except with respect to the limits of the insured’s liability (cross liability <br />endorsement), and (iii) name the City-insureds as additional insureds. <br />Permittee shall furnish evidence of such insurance coverage in a form <br />satisfactory to City at least ten (10) days prior to commencement of the event. <br /> <br />8. Damage to Public Property: The Permittee shall reimburse City for costs of <br />any damages to City-owned property in the vicinity of the designated route, <br />caused by or arising out of the conducting of the 2nd Annual Run with the <br />Cops event permitted hereunder, or the acts or omissions to act, of persons <br />participating in said event. All signs or other markings placed in or upon <br />public property, including the public right-of-way in connection with the 2nd <br />Annual Run with the Cops event shall be removed immediately following said <br />event. <br /> <br />9. Compliance with Laws: Permittee shall comply with all appropriate and <br />applicable rules, regulations, and laws in connection with the conducting of <br />said event or any and all activities associated therewith. This permit shall be <br />in addition to all other permits that are or may be required for conducting the <br />2nd Annual Run with the Cops event or any associated activity. <br /> <br />10. Hold Harmless: Permittee shall assume the defense of and indemnify and <br />save harmless the City, its City Council, officers, boards, commissions, <br />employees, volunteers, and agents from all suits, actions, damages, or claims <br />to which the City may be subjected to, of any kind or nature whatsoever, <br />resulting from or arising out of the performance or failure to perform of <br />Permittee hereunder, or otherwise arising from or arising out of said event or <br />any activities herein permitted. <br /> <br />11.
