P - 2366 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE PURCHASE AND <br /> DELIVERY OF PORTABLE OFFICE TRAILER AT THE PORT <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK <br /> (Portable Office Trailer) <br /> WHEREAS , the Port Executive Director requested bids for the purchase <br /> and delivery of a portable office trailer at the Port of Redwood City, Redwood <br /> City, California ; and <br /> WHEREAS, three (3) bids were received for the performance of said work <br /> and filed with the Port Executive Director; and <br /> WHEREAS , Design Space Modular Buildings, of Dixon , California , is the <br /> lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Board of Port <br /> Commissioners to award said bid to Design Space Modular Buildings . <br /> WHEREAS , there has been presented to this Board of Port <br /> Commissioners, a Power of Attorney appointing Isaac Younger as the Port's <br /> Attorney in Fact to sign papers and documents that may be necessary in order to <br /> secure California registration of, or to transfer the Port's interest in , the portable <br /> office trailer. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 - <br /> Res 254 <br /> FXS/G G <br /> 10 04 17 <br />
