The bid of Design Space Modular Buildings in the amount of Sixty- Thousand-Six-Hundred-Ninety-Two and 24/100 Dollars ($60 , 692.24), computed in accordance with bidder's proposal dated September 20, 2017, for the purchase and delivery of a portable office trailer is hereby accepted, and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder. 2 . That certain agreement entitled , "Proposal and Agreement of Sale" dated September 20, 2017, by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, by and through its Board of Port Commissioners ("Port of Redwood City") and Design Space Modular Buildings, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the Port Executive Director, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Port Executive Director and the Port Executive Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the Port of Redwood City. 3 . This Board of Port Commissioners hereby authorizes and directs the Port Executive Director and the Port Executive Secretary, if necessary, to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, the Power of Attorney appointing Isaac Younger of Design Space Modular, Inc. , as the Pod's Attorney in Fact for the sole and limited purpose specified in the Power of Attorney. 3 .
