L. Dimmitt, Superintendent of <br />Schools Andrew Spinas, all members of the Commission, <br />and Recreation Alfred Morton. <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />The minutes of the previous. , meeting were read and <br />approved, upon motion made, seconded and carried.- <br /> <br />In response to a query by Chairman Millington, Mr. Dimmitt <br />informed the group that it should have its recommendations in shape <br />to present to the City Council by the first of May, as the prelim- <br />inary budget of the City is to be presented to the Council about <br />the first of June. <br /> <br />'-...-/ <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Mr. Morton's '-report containing suggested acti vi ties for <br />consideration at the meeting of December 14, which wàs postponed <br />until this date, was acknowledged.
