This project addresses the Detailed Network <br />Analysis and Documentation portion of the Project. <br />Project 5 — AW WA Cybersecurity in the Water Sector (Denver, CO) <br />Kevin Morley, PhD - (202) 326-6124 <br />This project includes design, development, and delivery of face-to-face training workshops to <br />equip water sector managers and operators with the skills needed to effectively apply AWWA's <br />cybersecurity resources. Workshop participant outcomes include identifying gaps in cybersecurity <br />coverage as well as creating detailed, actionable steps to address those gaps to ultimately increase <br />water systems' security and preparedness. For this project, West Yost will organize existing <br />materials (Guidance and Use Case Tool) for use in workshops, and will help facilitate several <br />workshops. Each workshop will feature interactive discussions and activities that demonstrate how <br />to specifically apply the content to address the needs of the participants attending the workshop. <br />Project 6 - IT and SCADA Infrastructure Cyber Security Risk and Vulnerability Assessment <br />(Perris, CA) <br />Mike Malone - (951) 928-3777 x4270 <br />This project included conducting a cybersecurity assessment on the IT and SCADA assets owned <br />by EMWD. Key elements of the project included a Network, System and Application Security <br />Assessment, Data Security Assessment and Business Resumption Assessment. Key tasks included <br />an as -is assessment of the SCADA infrastructure and documentation of the system architecture, <br />including external penetration testing. Key deliverables included an assessment using the NIST <br />Cybersecurity Framework. One of the key final deliverables included a Project Portfolio providing <br />recommended projects to mitigate vulnerabilities found with cost estimates, project durations and <br />sequencing. <br />Project 7 - SCADA Cybersecurity Assessment (Galt, CA) <br />Alice Bernardino — (209) 366-7295 <br />This project involves an assessment of the current cybersecurity posture of the City's SCADA <br />system and subsequent evaluation of the system using the AW WA Cybersecurity Guidance Tool. <br />The scope of work includes site visits and development of as -is documentation, and prioritized <br />recommendations for addressing vulnerabilities. <br />Project 8 - SCADA Improvement Program (Buckeye, AZ) <br />Mark Seamans - (623) 349-6126 <br />WEST YOST ASSOCIATES x\z\xzx\x -x-xx\wp\XXx XXazxz=x <br />
