Our team has completed Cybersecurity Assessments, SCADA Master Plans and System Implementations. The following references and projects provide examples of our experience. Project I - Secure SCADA Network Implementation — Fridley Campus (Minneapolis, MN) Steve Crumley - (612) 661-4907 The Fridley Filter Plant was constructed in the late 1920's and the Fridley Softening Plant was constructed in 1941. This project scope included implementation of SCADA network upgrades and improvements at the Fridley Filter Plant, based on a previous network and security assessment completed by the same technical team. The scope of work included engineering analysis and detailed network design, project management, PLC programming and system implementation to upgrade the treatment plant while the system continued to treat water. Project 2 - Secure SCADA Network Implementation — Columbia Heights Campus (Minneapolis, MN) Steve Crumley - (612) 661-4907 The Columbia Heights Membrane Plant, which opened in 2005, has a capacity of 78 MGD and includes ultrafiltration membranes and equipment. This project includes design (Phase 1) and implementation (Phase 2) of network upgrades and improvements at the Columbia Heights Membrane Plant, based on a previous network and security assessment completed by the same technical team. The scope of work included detailed network design, PLC programming and system implementation to upgrade the treatment plant while the system continued to treat water. This project includes extensive design and implementation of a complete replacement of the ControlNet network currently implemented in the plant and conversion to Ethernet communications. Project 3 — SCADA Master Plan (Davis, CA) Stan Gryczko - (530) 747-8292 The City of Davis SCADA Master Plan scope of work included documenting the City's SCADA Vision, Goals and Objectives, conducting a Baseline Assessment and Gap Analysis, developing a detailed Project Portfolio and SCADA Systems Standards and finally preparing a compiled SCADA Master Plan. The Project portfolio included development of conceptual level cost estimates for upgrades to key facilities for input into the City's Capital Improvements Plan and budget. Also included in the Master Plan was development of SCADA System Support Roles and Responsibilities, in coordination with the City IT department, standards for control system equipment and a high-level system architecture and network design.
