Park- <br />ing management strategies may include, working <br />with businesses to create formal mutually benefi- <br />cial arrangements for sharing of existing parking, <br />identifying side streets with available right of way <br />for creating extra on -street parking by convert- <br />ing parallel to diagonal spaces, and working with <br />developers to identify opportunities for public use <br />of parking at certain hours.
