TIME SCHEDULE Consultant shall meet the scheduling requirements as described in the Scope of Work and the scheduling milestones as follow: Site Reconnaissance of metering sites: December 4, 2017 Documentation of Field Reconnaissance: December 6, 2017 Approval of Sites by City (if changes are required): December 8, 2017 Meters and rain gauges installed and operating: December 11, 2017 First data batch reported to City: December 22, 2017 Meters Removed: February 12, 2018 Flow Monitoring Report to the City: March 5, 2018 The removal of the flow meters and the submission of the final report may be delayed if the City extend the flow monitoring period. Report will be Final upon acceptance by the City. FEE SCHEDULE City shall pay the consultant the following amount to install six (6) flow monitoring meters and minimum of one (1) rain gauges for 60 days period and an option to extend the flow monitoring period to up to one month as follows: A. Direct Fixed Costs Field Reconnaissance / Document Review / Wet Weather Flow Monitoring / Data Analysis and Flow Monitoring Report--------------------- $36,000.00 B.
