EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant shall provide sanitary sewer flow monitoring services as part of the City's <br />annual flow monitoring program as described in more detail below. Services shall be <br />provided at the six (6) sites listed below. <br />Task Descriation <br />Perform field reconnaissance and document review: <br />Consultant shall review available plans and documents, and conduct field <br />reconnaissance of the proposed flow monitoring sites identified by the City. The <br />reconnaissance shall assess hydraulic conditions, manhole access, traffic control <br />requirements, and safety issues for each site. No modifications to the proposed <br />meter sites shall be made without prior review and approval by the City. <br />Deliverable: <br />Consultant shall submit documentation of site reconnaissance and final flow <br />monitoring sites to the City by December 4, 2017. ' <br />2. Installation / Calibration / Maintenance / Removal of Flow Monitors: <br />The flow meters will be area -velocity type capable of measuring flows and flow <br />depths under surcharge conditions. Pipe diameters will range from approximately <br />10 to 27 inches. Rain gauges will be tipping bucket type capable of recording to <br />0.01 inches. Consultant shall report to the City <br />within 24 hours of each site visit if any meter has malfunctions or otherwise fails <br />to provide good data, or if changes in site conditions have impacted collection of <br />good data.
