Srooten Consulting will be prOViding <br />all final drawings and specifications In coordination with Field Paoli on the above-grade <br />buildings and International Parking Design on the below-grade structure. <br /> <br />We anticipate that there will be the following additional work scope: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />One meeting In San Francisco to discuss and review the podium waterproofing with the <br />design team. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PrOVíde sketches for the podium waterproofing details for Siooten Consulting review <br />and incorporation into contract documents as they see fit. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Provide outline specifications and/or revisions to the existing specífications for the <br />podium wotcrproofing. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Review 75% construction document package. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />One follow-up meeting to address any other podium waterproofìng issues, <br /> <br />We suggest that you establish a budget of $7,000 for this phase of our services. <br /> <br />Our actual billing will be computed on the time and direct expense basis outlined below; the <br />budget amount represents our estimate of the cost to perform the scope of work based on the <br />information currenLly in our posseSSion and Includes a small amount for contingencies. Our <br />actual fees could be slightly more or less than the budget amount. However, we will not bíIJ in <br />excess of the budget amount without your prior wrítten consent. At your reque:st, we wIll <br />perform work in addition to the proposed scope at our standard fees. <br /> <br />Our fees ëillr= computed on an hourly basis as shown on the attached schedule, whìch also <br />outlines our billing procedure.
