The following is our understanding of the scope of work for the project. A project plan and fee proposal spreadsheet follows. 'idG The project has been set up as two parallel design processes, one for each park, that will occur simultaneously. All meetings with the City staff will include presentations and discussions for both projects at each meeting. In addition, each park will have its own neighborhood meeting at the park site. Stafford Park The Stafford Park portion of the project includes renova tion of the existing playground and the renovation or replacement of the existing restroom building.
