<br />Stafford/Stulsaft Redwr---¡ City Proposal 30 June 1997 Page 2 <br /> <br />Task 1.5 Produce meeting publicity t1yer for reproduction by the City. <br />Product: Meeting flyer <br /> <br />Data Collection <br />Receive survey from City / field survey of existing conditions <br />Neighborhood Meeting (Stafford Park only) <br />"Wall Graphic" record and transcription of all comments at neighborhood <br />meeting. <br />The purpose of the neighborhood meeting is to ensure that the greatest number of neighbors, <br />community members and potelltial users of the park will have an opportunity to contribute <br />their ideas, visions, and goals to the planning and design of the site renovations. This <br />meeting will be structured to provide a clear understanding of the objectives of the project <br />and the range of options available. <br />Working closely with City staff, MIG will plan and conduct the neighborhood meeting, <br />including a walking tour of the site. At the workshop, participants will have an opportunity <br />to walk through the site and voice comments and ideas. This tour enables participants to see <br />the actual site and visualize goals. Following the walking tour, participants will ellgage in a <br />facilitated discussion of activities that the environment could support, and goal-setting to <br />share and review ideas alld visions. All discussion will be graphically recorded. <br /> <br />Task 2.0 <br />Task 2.1 <br />Task 2.2 <br />Product: <br /> <br />Task 2.3 Neighborhood Meeting "Debrief" with City staff. (Combined w / Stulsaft) <br />Task 2.4 Finalize Program based on meeting debrief <br />Product: Project Program (Memo) <br />The purpose of this meeting is to review the neighborhood meetirlg and the comments <br />received from neighborhood. From this discussion a program will be finalized and approved <br />to serve as the basis for conceptual design. <br /> <br />Task 3.0 Conceptual Design <br />Task 3.1 Develop a conceptual design and cost estimate that meets program <br />requirements, and may include alternative options for portions of the <br />design. <br />Product: Conceptual Design Plan, Sections and Elevations and Cost Estimate - 1 <br />colored set, 1 blackline set <br />Task 3.2 Meeting with City staff for review and approval of conceptual design and <br />cost estimate. (Combined w / Stulsaft) <br />Task 3.3 Meeting with Neighborhood and Parks and Recreation Commission <br />to present plan (Combined w / Stulsaft) <br />Task 3.4 Finalize Plan <br />Based on the results of the Neighborhood émd Parks and Recreation <br />Commission meeting, MIG will incorporate minor revisions to finalize the <br />plan in memo form. <br />Product: Final Conceptual Design Plan, Sections and Elevations and Cost Estimate <br />- 1 colored set, 1 blackline set <br />Task 3.5 City Council Meeting (Combined w / Stulsaft) <br />
