<br />Stafford/Stulsaft Redwr>'ld City Proposal 30 June 1997 Page 4 <br /> <br />Task 6.4 <br /> <br />Finalize Plan <br />Based on the results of the Neighborhood and Parks and Recreation <br />Commission meeting, MIG will incorporate minor revisions to finalize the <br />plan in memo form. <br />Final Conceptual Design Plan, Sections and Elevations and Cost Estimate <br />- 1 colored set, 1 blackline set <br />City Council Meeting (Combined w / Stafford) <br />MIG will assist the City staff in presenting the final plant to the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Product: <br /> <br />Task 6.5 <br /> <br />Direct Costs (Reimbursable Costs) <br />Reimbursable costs include travel, graphic reproduction, photographic <br />reproduction, postage/ delivery and supplies. Reproduction costs will be billed at <br />cost + 15%.
