<br />10. ABANDONMENT OF IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />In the event that Permittee <br /> <br />abandons or fails to use the Subject Premises for a period of one year, or shall fail or <br /> <br />neglect or refuse to comply with any of the conditions herein contained, or in the event <br /> <br />that this permission shall be revoked, then all rights of the Permittee hereunder shall <br /> <br />forthwith cease and terminate. <br /> <br />11. SUCCESSORS. The terms and conditions hereof shall be binding upon and <br /> <br />be for the benefit of the successors in interest of Permittee, assigns, transferees, heirs, <br /> <br />or grantees of Permittee. <br /> <br />12. RESTORATION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY. Upon termination of this <br /> <br />Permit, Permittee shall restore the Subject Premises to the conditions in which they <br /> <br />were found on the date of execution of this Permit by the City. <br /> <br />13. ACCEPTANCE. This permit shall not be effective until fully executed and <br /> <br />recorded <br /> <br />14. PARAGRAPH HEADINGS.
