<br />effective upon giving not less than thirty (30) days' prior written notice of such <br /> <br />revocation addressed to Permittee as follows: Dr. Norman Shapiro, Redwood <br /> <br />City Farmers Market, 345 Middle Road, Belmont, CA 94002, and mailed or <br /> <br />delivered to Permittee at said address. This Permit can be terminated by City, <br /> <br />for cause, immediately upon written notice by the City Manager. <br /> <br />This Permit can be terminated without cause at any time at the will of <br /> <br />Permittee, effective upon giving not less than thirty (30) days' prior written notice. <br /> <br />All written notices to the City shall be addressed to: City Manager, City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, P. O. Box 391, Redwood City, CA 94064-0391. <br /> <br />Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to limit the respective rights or <br /> <br />remedies of the parties to terminate for cause, or otherwise to exercise such <br /> <br />rights or seek such remedies as may accrue to them. <br /> <br />This permit may be revoked for failure of Permittee to comply with any of <br /> <br />the other terms and conditions hereof. The right of City to revoke hereunder <br /> <br />shall be in addition to its right to terminate without cause and shall be in addition <br /> <br />to any other rights or remedies of City, whether at law or in equity. <br /> <br />4. IMPROVEMENTS. Permittee shall not make, nor cause to be made, <br /> <br />nor allow to be made, alterations or improvements to the Property without the <br /> <br />prior written consent of City's City Manager. All facilities installed or placed upon <br /> <br />the Property by Permittee shall be removed after each Event conducted <br /> <br />hereunder.
