<br />5. UTILITIES. No utilities shall be provided by City for Permittee's use <br /> <br />under this permit. <br /> <br />6. TRAFFIC CONTROL In the event that the Redwood City Police <br /> <br />Department determines that special traffic control is needed as a result of the <br /> <br />operation of the Events pursuant to this permit, the Police Department shall <br /> <br />provide such officers, vehicles and equipment as in judgment are necessary, at <br /> <br />the sole cost and expense of Permittee. If in the opinion of the Police Chief, <br /> <br />traffic control is necessary but no Redwood City police officer is available for <br /> <br />such traffic duty, the Police Chief may require Permittee to provide private traffic <br /> <br />control services, likewise at Permittee's sole cost and expense. <br /> <br />7. LAWS AND REGULATIONS. Permittee shall in the operation of its <br /> <br />Events, comply with all federal state and local laws, codes, ordinances and <br /> <br />regulations. <br /> <br />In addition, Permittee shall ensure that all participants in the <br /> <br />operation of the Events pursuant to this permit shall comply with the Rules and <br /> <br />Regulations of Permittee governing such Events, a copy of which Rules and <br /> <br />Regulations is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B", and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />8. EVENTS; TIME LIMITATIONS. Events authorized hereunder shall be <br /> <br />held on Saturday commencing in the month of May and ending in the month of <br /> <br />November of each year, so long a this permit shall be in effect. The hours of <br /> <br />operation shall be from 6:00 a.m. to 1 :00 p.m. <br /> <br />9. DEPOSIT. Permittee shall pay to City as a security deposit the sum of <br /> <br />$200.00, receipt of which by payment pursuant to the permit described in <br /> <br />F/sh/redwood/counciIGrant-13 <br />FXS:djk <br />02/25/99 <br /> <br />3 <br />
