<br />paragraph 18 hereof, is hereby acknowledged. Such deposit shall secure cost of <br /> <br />damage to landscaping and general maintenance of the Property to ensure that <br /> <br />the Property is adequately cleaned upon completion of each Event. City may <br /> <br />use any part of said deposit for the repair of any and all damage caused to the <br /> <br />Property resulting from, or associated with, Permittee's Events, including the cost <br /> <br />of any clean-up activities which the City may incur. In the event all or any portion <br /> <br />of said deposit is used by the City for the foregoing purposes, Permittee shall <br /> <br />reimburse City for such use, such that the deposit shall remain at a balance of <br /> <br />$200.00 after such replenishment. Any part of said deposit which the City has <br /> <br />not used for the above-stated purposes shall be returned to Permittee upon <br /> <br />termination or revocation of this permit. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />INSURANCE. <br /> <br />Permittee shall acquire and maintain at all times <br /> <br />during the period in which this permit is effective, at Permittee's sole cost and <br /> <br />expense commercial general liability coverage, covering City's risks in form <br /> <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney. The minimum amounts of coverage <br /> <br />corresponding to the aforesaid categories of insurance per insurable event, shall <br /> <br />be as follows: <br /> <br />Insurance Category <br /> <br />Minimum Limits <br /> <br />Workers' Compensation <br /> <br />statutory minimum <br /> <br />Commercial General <br />Liability <br /> <br />$1,000,000 per occurrence <br />and $2,000,000 aggregate for <br />bodily injury, personal injury and <br />property damage <br /> <br />Automobile Liability <br /> <br />$1,000,000 per accident <br />for bodily injury and <br /> <br />F/sh/redwood/counciIGrant-13 <br />FXS:djk <br />02/25/99 <br /> <br />4 <br />
