<br />. Adequate temporary restroom facilities (minimum of eight (8) shall be <br />provided by Permitee and serviced during the event at no expense to the <br />City. <br /> <br />. Erect the barricades left by the City. <br /> <br />. Periodic trash clean up during the event and continued availability of <br />trash containers and bins throughout the Carnival area. <br /> <br />. An agreement by Kiwanis to cover the first $2,000 of any damage or loss <br />before submitting to the insurance company. <br /> <br />. Provision of private security to the Carnival (unarmed, insured, and <br />licensed) during daylight hours. <br /> <br />. Pay for the services of two (2) Redwood City Police Officers to be <br />assigned solely to the Carnival during the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 11 :00 <br />p.m. each night of the Carnival's operation. <br /> <br />. On-site presence of at least two (2) Kiwanis members during operation <br />hours available as contact for the City. <br /> <br />. Establishment of a first aid station and an event headquarters. <br /> <br />. Notification of downtown merchants and Viva Mexico Restaurant and <br />coordination with same regarding their continued operations, specifically <br />as to temporary signs as may be needed by the Viva Mexico. <br /> <br />. Soft drink sales in cans or paper cups, no bottles. <br /> <br />Additional or further matters not herein described or contemplated in <br />connection with said Carnival shall not be effectuated without the prior <br />written consent of the Chief of Police. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Acceptance.
