<br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />City Services: The City agrees to provide the following requested services: <br /> <br />. Normal police patrol during the event. <br /> <br />. Notification signs that the parking lot will be closed from 6:00 p.m. on <br />June 30, 2000 until 5:00 a.m. on July 5, 2000. <br /> <br />. Barricades for the parking lot. <br /> <br />. The City will waive the parking lot fees as part of this permit. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous and Additional Matters. It is further agreed that the following <br />miscellaneous concerns and services shall be the responsibility of the <br />Permitee, coordinated with and approved by the Chief of Police, regarding: <br /> <br />. Information bulletins will be placed on all vehicles in the lot indicating the <br />closing of the lot. The placement of the flyers will occur on Monday, June <br />26 and Thursday, June 29, 2000. The flyer is to indicate the following: <br />"This parking lot will be closed from 6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 30, 2000 <br />through Tuesday, July 4, 2000 to accommodate the Woodside Terrace <br />AM. Kiwanis Club Carnival. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you <br />have any questions please call the Redwood City Police Department at <br />650-780-7186." <br /> <br />. Flyers will be distributed the week of June 26, 2000 to all properties in the <br />Sequoia Station shopping center, the 800 and 900 blocks of Middlefield <br />Road, the 800 block of Winslow Street, the 800 block of Hamilton Street, <br />the 800 block of Jefferson Avenue, and the 2100 to 2400 blocks of <br />Broadway. The flyer is to indicate the following: "The municipal parking lot <br />located on Middlefield Road at Winslow Street will be closed from 6:00 <br />p.m. on Friday, June 30, 2000 through Tuesday, July 4, 2000 to <br />accommodate the Woodside Terrace AM. Kiwanis Club Carnival. We <br />apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions please call <br />the Redwood City Police Department at 650-780-7186." <br /> <br />. A temporary 6-foot high fence shall be placed along the railroad side of <br />the Carnival area, at both the south and north ends of the lot, where no <br />fence currently exists. Nothing related to the carnival is allowed past the <br />sidewalk that runs along the Joint Powers Board property. <br /> <br />. A temporary 6-foot high fence must also be placed along the south end of <br />the lot to separate the portion of the city lot adjoining the Viva Mexico <br />parking lot form the main portion of the parking lot. The fence must <br />stretch from the Joint Powers Board property to the building at 928 <br />Middlefield Road. <br /> <br />3 <br />
