The commi ttee gene'rally dis'approved of the delay. <br /> <br />Roger Walsh suggested that the Amer'ican Legion be appo'inted <br />to take charge of the new library dedication during the Festival. <br /> <br />MSC that the American Legion be permitted to dedicate the lib- <br />rary, and that dedication of other- new buildings be granted-to org- <br />anizations as outlined ~by Mr. Morton'.
