Wait for the time entered in Step 1 for each call. <br /> Expected Resul#s <br /> Verify that a pop-up window should be displayed at the time of each pre-planned call.Verify that both <br /> calls are added.Verify that the data associated with each is correct. Verify that on the second day <br /> only the daify call is planned and the one time call does not start. <br /> 4.7 Held Calls <br /> This test verifies that calls can be put on hold and can later be restored. It tests the Cancel and GEO <br /> buttons. !t tests that the change location and display address on map function properly in the Held <br /> Calls(New Call window). It also tests that the Save 8�New button,the Add a Comment button and <br /> the Refresh button work as designed in this same window. <br /> Test Procedure <br /> 1. Execute the new call command. <br /> 2. Enter some of the data required for the call. <br /> 3. F�cecute the hold command. <br /> 4. Click on the Held button in the All Calis window. <br /> 5. Highlight the call and release the hold. <br /> 6. Click the Cancel button to go back to your All Ca{Is window. <br /> 7. Click on the Hefd button again. <br /> 8. Highlight the call and release again. <br /> 9. Add a narrative to the call. <br /> 10. Cfick the Diff button to add a new location use the GEO button to GEO validate. <br /> 11. Disptay the address an the map. <br /> 12. Add a comment to the call. <br /> 13. Click on the Save8�New button and add another call then save. <br /> 14. Refresh the window. <br /> 15. Cfear the calls. <br /> Expected Resul�.s <br /> Verify the call in Step 3 was put on hold and the number of held calls is incremented by one.Verify <br /> that the Cancef button, GEO button, change location and display address on map function properly <br /> in the Held Calls(New Call window). Verify that that the Save&New button,the Add Comment button <br /> and the Refresh button work as designed in this same window. After restoring the held call verify the <br /> data in the held call was saved properly. <br /> 4.8 Historical Calls <br /> This test verifies the CAD dispatcher can view data about previous calls that are no longer active. <br /> Test Procedure <br /> 1.
