<br /> Palladium0 CAD has an elecVonic interface to E911 for data transfer. The Automatic Location
<br /> Identifier {ALI) information populates the appropriate fields in the new call entry screen. An
<br /> Automatic Number ldentifier (ANI) interface is provided in addition to the system's ALI data storage.
<br /> Intemal ALI databases can be set up to provide lookup records by name, addresses, or phones.
<br /> E911 interfaces can be integrated with mapping softwrare to provide nearly instantaneous graphic
<br /> display of caller and unit locations and the surrounding areas.
<br /> Three Methods of Accessing System Functions
<br /> Part of the uniqueness of Palladium0 CAD is the flexibility provided to access functions, menus
<br /> enter data and access screens. Users can perform these tasks by using a mouse or pointing device,
<br /> command line entry, or by using quick key combinations.
<br /> Mouse/Pointing Device:
<br /> TMe mouse device operates the same as in any Windows based application where users
<br /> simply point at a place on the screen and click the mouse button to select or activate a field
<br /> or function. Users can select items from the pulldown fields and menus or activate options
<br /> from the menus.
<br /> Quick Key Combinations:
<br /> In addition to, or as an altemative to, using the mouse functions, key combinations can be
<br /> accessed. Key combinations allow the CTRL key or the ALT key and another key to access
<br /> windows and functions within windows. The quick key combinations perform the same
<br /> functions as a point and click device. For example, using the ALT and F key will access the
<br /> File menu on the top of the screen. Users can also access the Call Browse window, add a
