City of Redwood City Statement of Work Training Issues • Redwood City is responsible for scheduling their people for training • Distributing manuals • Making a supervisor available for troubleshooting • Overhead projector • AC power/powerstrips • Network connection • HUB • Patch cables Project Services Lucent will provide overall Project Management and assume the role of the "general contractor" of this project and coordinate all activities related to the execution of this Statement of Work. Project Administrator: Lucent Technologies will provide project administration services which includes providing and implementing the identified deliverables as outlined in the responsibility matrix. Lucent will work directly with Redwood City Project Manager/System Administrator to schedule all project deliverables and services. Kick-Off Meeting: A Kick-Off Meeting will be held soon after the award. During the meeting, Redwood City and Lucent Technologies will review and discuss the Statement (Scope) of Work. At the conclusion of this meeting, all parties will understand their responsibilities for the implementation of the project. All training issues, interface deliverables, and schedules will be discussed so the timeline can be made accurate and mutually agreed upon and finalized. This finished timeline will be become part of the SCOPE of WORK. Status Reports: Status meetings will be held on a mutually agreed upon schedule. Redwood City should take a very active role during the implementation of the project. This will provide the experience, communication, and feedback necessary to have a satisfactory implementation. In the event a Change of Order is required, all parties concern will sign-off and approve any policy or order as modified. Manage Hardware and Software Staging and Installation: Lucent Technologies will provide software staging, hardware installation and on site installation services for Redwood City. Lucent will also provide the message switch that communicates to the LAN-based NCIG Cabling, wiring, and connectivity will be reviewed.
