City of Redwood City Statement of Work Support Services: Lucent Technologies will provide certified engineers for on-site maintenance and support. Annual maintenance program is included that consists of the following: Modem repair, On-site repair, upgrades and enhancements, with 7 x 24 support for CAD, Mapping and Mobile and 5 x 8 support for RMS. Change Order Policy: During the execution of a project of this scope, contract change requirements may arise from time to time. Upon execution of the final contract, a formal Change Order/Contract Amendment procedure will become effective. The cost and scheduling impact of any change will be negotiated and documented into an official Change Request. The PMs will administer the Change Request from both organizations to communicate and execute the change as an "order" after it has been approved by the PM's from both Lucent and Redwood City. The PMs can be the only responsible party to request or approve changes unless noted in contract negotiations. Lucent Technologies Page 1.2.
