City of Redwood City Statement of Work Responsibility Matrix and Project Responsibilities Award of Contract— Lucent and Redwood City Project Meeting—Responsibilities Project Assessment, Site Survey and Needs Analysis Define Responsibilities and Collect Data for SOW preparation Primary Project Management by Lucent Technologies. Lucent Technologies - Responsibilities: • Assign a Project Manager for Redwood City project. • Lucent's Project Manager will be the single point of contact for Redwood City project and will maintain regular communications for Redwood City. • Lucent Technologies' Project Manager will maintain a comprehensive (SOW)that describes the project deliverables,timeline, change control mechanisms, acceptance test procedures and other elements of the detailed project timeline for Redwood City. � • Lucent Technologies' Project Manager will monitor and direct Redwood City implementation according to the timeline defined in the SOW. • Lucent Technologies' Project Manager will work closely with Redwood City Project Manager/System Administrator and resolve any conflicts, changes or concerns. • Lucent Technologies' Project Manager will provide direction to the resources assigned to Redwood City implementation and installation in accordance with the SOW and Project timeline. • Lucent Technologies' Project Manager will constantly update and communicate progress with Redwood City Redwood City Responsibilities: • Redwood City will assign a Project Manager and/or System Administrator to the project. This person will be the single point of contact during the project implementation. • Redwood City's project manager is responsible for maintaining lines of communication within the department. • Redwood City's project manager will monitor project status & acceptance as defined in SOW • Redwood City's project manager will aid in the development of any procedural standards/documentation that may become necessary during the project. • Redwood City's project manager will provide direction to the department's resources assigned to this project and necessary assistance to Lucent Technologies' personnel and efforts.
