City of Redwood City Statement of Work <br /> � Redwood City's project manager will review the project timeline with the Lucent <br /> Technologies Project Manager. <br /> • Redwood City's system administrator will be familiar and educated in the system <br /> as provided. Lucent Technologies requests training in Windows NT and SQL. <br /> • Redwood City's system administrator will receive a preparation checklist to review, <br /> meet the requirements, and prepare the site as detailed. <br /> • Redwood City's system administrator will conduct and direct the original system <br /> set-up procedures and workload. <br /> • Redwood City's system administrator will provide ongoing maintenance of system <br /> users and security preferences. <br /> • Redwood City's system administrator will design ongoing maintenance of a regular <br /> systems back up plan. <br /> • Redwood City's system administrator will monitor all systems equipment and <br /> coordinate maintenance when required. <br /> • Redwood City's' system administrator will act as the single point of contact for all <br /> system related issues and upgrades. <br /> • Redwood City's' system administrator will arrange for hookup to any existing <br /> network Ips, etc. <br /> • Redwood City's' system administrator will arrange for and prepare a suitable <br /> training location. <br /> • Redwood City's' system administrator will arrange for and prepare the 911 port and <br /> softwaze for hookup to the Palladium0 CAD server. <br /> Project Meeting and Review SOW <br /> Preparation Checklist and Implementation Plan provided by Lucent Technologies <br /> • Review process, confirm approval SOVV and timeline; Review all sign-off <br /> procedures and implementation test plans, mutual understanding of project <br /> • Confirm installation schedule for cabling in advance of hardware installation <br /> • Assure Redwood City has made all necessary arrangements for current <br /> connection including hardware, modems and telephone connections to the state's <br /> (NCIC) computer for interface. All basic state system training should be <br /> completed before interface training. <br /> • Redwood City has to prepare and identify location for each computer, printer, <br /> server and any other component purchased. <br /> • Redwood City should design a layout of the hardware and keep in mind logistics <br /> for a convenient, accessible computer environment.
