City of Redwood City Statement of Work <br /> • Redwood City will provide telephone lines (3 total) for any remote modem <br /> connections. <br /> • The Interfaces will be scheduled and planned <br /> Lucent Technologies will provide Timeline <br /> Redwood City's Preparation Plan: <br /> � Lucent Technologies will provide documents to prepare and familiarize Redwood <br /> City's system administrator with the application. <br /> • The documents will include: <br /> ■ Security set-ups and passwords <br /> ■ Geo-base set-ups and terminology <br /> ■ User-definable code tables and databases <br /> ■ Units, car plans, resources, beat grids, pra's, etc. <br /> ■ Basic information about the operating system and hardware configuration <br /> • Redwood City's system administrator will monitor system set-ups,review work and <br /> approve. <br /> • Redwood City's system administrator will assure delivery for deadlines defined in <br /> project timeline <br /> On Site Inspection and Installation: <br /> � Lucent Technologies' installation team will provide an on site cabling review. <br /> • Lucent Technologies' team will review preparation work for application set-ups to <br /> initiate training to provide and assist in installation planning <br /> • Lucent Technologies will coordinate delivery of goods and installation <br /> • Lucent Technologies' installation team will install all hardware as proposed and <br /> defined in the SOW <br /> • Lucent Technologies' installation team will assure performance, operational, <br /> connectivity and functional requirements of Redwood City deliverables. <br /> • Lucent Technologies' installation team will coordinate interface connectivity and <br /> provide testing, and training <br /> • Lucent Technologies' project manager will provide a testing and approval plan for <br /> Redwood City.
