City of Redwood City Statement of Work <br /> � TRAINING PREPARATION: <br /> Your Redwood City's project manager will be provided Administrator's Manuals. <br /> These documents identify each area of system set-up information your department will <br /> need to address and organize for training and.implementation. Your administration will <br /> be required to set-up various databases that interact during the use of CAD, Mapping <br /> and RECORDS. It is very helpful to be prepared with the appropriate information to <br /> enter into these databases. The intent of this document is to inform you of the basic data <br /> elements that are required to successfully operate the CAD, Mapping and RECORDS <br /> system. <br /> TRAINING O UTLINE AND OBJECTNES: <br /> A training outline detailing all of the class modules is provided. <br /> The syllabus will include the following: <br /> • definition of the hardware configuration and components <br /> • explanation of daily operation techniques and maintenance procedures <br /> • develop site-specific data needed to implement the system <br /> • define various aspects and keystrokes of the user interface <br /> • familiarize user with application design, flexibility, and features <br /> • report generation and graphical analysis _ <br /> • troubleshooting quality control maintenance <br /> • using system relational interfaces <br /> TRAINING PREREQUISITES: <br /> Familiarity with personal computers, typing, and Microsoft Windows for the general <br /> training courses is highly recommended. If the department requires intense education <br /> on networking and operating systems additional courses can be recommended that are <br /> normally provided by your local college campus. All personnel that are participating in <br /> training should be prepared to "dedicate"their time to the training being provided.
