City of Redwood City Statement of Work <br /> , TRAINING A UDIENCE <br /> Administrator Training: The administrative training core of the system is designed to <br /> educate your Redwood City's administrative personnel in the processes necessary to <br /> identify, input and maintain the data needed to use your applications to the fullest. <br /> Administrative trauung can be attended by the supervisor/s responsible for the system <br /> and the personnel using the product/s. In addition, attendance is recommended by the <br /> following personnel: individual/s responsible for your on-site system administration, <br /> your project manager,the individuaUs responsible for system set-up, actual data entry, <br /> system and application maintenance, and the dedicated shift supervisors for system day <br /> to day users. Training for up to 10 at a session, maximum of 2 per station is <br /> recommended. Because this category of training is geared to system-level decision- <br /> makers and data managers,your day-to-day users are not recommended to attend the <br /> Administrative Training sessions. <br /> User Training: The user training core of the system is designed to educate your <br /> Redwood City's personnel in the hands-on operation and use of the applic•ation system. <br /> User Training is recommended to be attended by the supervisar responsible for. <br /> persotlnel using the product,the individual responsible for your on-site system <br /> administration, immediate shift supervisor/s and all personnel that will be dedicated to <br /> the use of the product applications in the performance of their job. "Train the trainer" <br /> training can be provided at the sessions so the trainees can train other personnel for <br /> simple data entry tasks, inquiries and reporting capabilities. Training can be provided <br /> for up to 10 at a session, maximum of 2 per station. <br /> For both Administrative and User training classes can be scheduled based on personnel <br /> availability, daily routine and shifts. <br /> TRAINING IMPLEMENTATION: <br /> Training is conducted in two phases: <br /> The first phase consists of the administrative utilization of the Training Preparation <br /> Package. This tool will provide all the necessary information and data needed to <br /> conduct the training sessions. The administration is then trained on the actual set-ups for <br /> the prepared databases and ta.bles using actual Redwood City codes,text, and <br /> terminology. The administration will then develop the database necessary to operate the <br /> system. A periodical communication with your personnel will be provided to assure <br /> accuracy and consistency.
