Department Statement ofi Work '� 1.O INTRODUCTION- REDWOOD CITY SECTION This Statement of Work is a comprehensive document of deliverables required for integration of the Mobile Data System described in this proposal. This Statement of Work describes the tasks to be performed for the locations and connections between the Radio Network Controller,the two radio backbone sites and the mobile data devices. Additionally,the deliverables and tasks required for Foster City Police Department and Hillsborough Police Department will be listed in separate sections. The Statement of Work sections for Foster City Police Department and Hillsborough Police Department will be�andled through specific contracts individually to those agencies. However, it should be noted that operational functionality for those agencies will be dependent upon data system infrastructure completion of the Redwood City portion of the project �, Motorola presents this formalized document,the Statement of Work(SOV�, to suminarize the deliverables for the implementation scope of the contract This document may refer to information found elsewhere in the proposal, such as equipment lists,various drawings,time schedules,installation details, and other pertinent information detetmined relevant to the project. It is the intent of Motorola that this SOW be a negotiated document representing the most current understanding of the system design, operation, and architecture. Changes to this document will be made by formal request � by either party and subject to approval by the�other. An amendment process will be agreed to. The SOW will outline what work is involved in the Fixed Network Equipment(FNE)�installation,and mobile installations.
