Redwood City Pol�ce <br /> Department Statement of Work <br /> l 2.1 PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> Attached to this Statement ofWork is Motorola's preliminary project <br /> schedule including PTiysical Progress Milestone information."This schedule <br /> is based on a receipt of contract award on October 1, 1998 and includes a <br /> Gantt chart of project tasks and corresponding durations and payment � <br /> milestones. <br /> Foster City prciject tasks will be part of the overall Redwood City project <br /> schedule. Refer to the Redwood City project schedule for timeline specifics. <br /> 2.2 RADIO BACKBONE STTES <br /> 2.2.1 Foster City Site Requirements <br /> This Iist of requirements is based on the design included in this proposal. A <br /> diagram depicting the floor and rack space requirements required for the <br /> Mobile Data Radio Backbone Site equipment is located at the end of this <br /> Statement of Woric. <br /> Each base station site must provide an environment suitable for installation, <br /> operation and maintenance of the Quantar Data Base Stations, (DBS), <br /> communications links, and antenna sub-systems that is consistent with <br /> � Motorola's published"R-56 Quality Standards -ENE Installations"manual. - <br /> � The following provisions and\or site improvements will be the responsibility <br /> of Redwood City. These requirements will need to be completed at the <br /> Marlboro site before site installation can begin. <br /> 2.2.2 The Marlboro Water Tower Site <br /> •:- One rack space of accessible floor space for the Data Base Station. <br /> •:- Secure equipment placement with accessibility to the front and back of <br /> the equipment for routine maintenance. <br /> ❖ A properly grounded,mechazucally sound,.antenna mounting structure. <br /> ❖ Two dedicated 20 amp,three-wire,protected 117 VAC circuits with <br /> earth/building ground within four feet of the base station cabinet <br /> ❖ Adequate site grounding available within ten feet of the base station rack. <br /> •:• Availability of a telephone to facilitate system installation and <br /> optimization. <br /> ❖ Coordinate site access and approval with site owner prior to installation. <br /> QMOTOROLA • 4 - � <br /> _ . _. _ _.__ __ __ .. ___ <br />
