Redwoad City Police <br /> Department Statement of Work <br /> � <br /> 2.2 LICENSING AND PERNIITS <br /> The agencies of Foster City are responsible for the pmcurement of all <br /> licenses and permits required for the system by local, State and Fede�ral <br /> authorities that are necessary for integration of the proposed equipment This <br /> includes,but is not limited to: FCC licenses,FAA permits and building <br /> permits. <br /> It is the responsibilit�-of Foster City to-secure frequencies for use by this <br /> system. Motorola will assist in providing infoimation for Foster City to help <br /> facilitate licensing coordination activities relevant to FCC filings for these <br /> frequencies. , <br /> 2.3 CHANGE ORDER PROCEDURE <br /> Motorola will maintain the SOW with formal documentation denoting <br /> agreed-upon changes.Two identical master copies will be held: one by <br /> FOSTER CITY,the other by Motorola. SOW revisions will be made by <br /> changes resulting from system changes or documentation updates,which will <br /> follow the Change Request(CR)process described below. Change orders <br /> must comply with the Communications System Agreement included in the <br /> � Teans and Conditions.section of the Contract Under no circumstances will a - <br /> change in scope of work be performed without an executed change order. <br /> A CR will identify the contract change(s). Each CR will reference the <br /> changes to the applicable SOW section.
