Redwood� City Police <br /> Department Statement ofi Work <br /> t 2.4 F�EQvnPMErrr INST�TTOrr <br /> 2.4.1 Motorola Responsibilities <br /> This task includes the installation of the Backbone equipment supplied as <br /> part of this proposal.�Installation and integration can begin once all site <br /> improvements have been made as specified, and followi.ng Motorola's <br /> inventory of all required equipment, and after Foster City has successfully <br /> obtained all required licenses and permits for system installation and <br /> operation. Motorola requests that Foster City coordinate and cooperate with <br /> Redwood City in order to produce a continuous project work effort. <br /> Unreasonable delays in site access, permits and licensing may result in <br /> subnutting a change order request if sites are not made available according to <br /> the contract schedule. Once these conditions are met, Motorola will: <br /> ❖ Install Quantar DBS at the Marlboro site <br /> � - •:- Install antennas and transmission line at the req�red�sites <br /> •:- Connect system grounding to the Quantar DBS and antenna system <br /> •:- Adjust and optimize the Quantar DBS <br /> ❖ Interface both the Cross site and the Marlboro site and test composite <br /> system. <br /> 2.5 FOSTER CTTY EQUIPMENT RECEIVING AND TRACIIaNNG <br /> RESPONSIBILTTIES <br /> It is the responsibility of FOSTER CITY to provide a secure area for receipt <br /> of all equipmeatbeing shipped by Motorola and received by FOSTER CTI'Y. <br /> Upon receipt by FOSTER CTTY at the designated receiving location, <br /> equipment Transfer of Title will commence.The storage azea required for the <br /> received equipment only needs to be temporary as the RF Backbone � <br /> equipment will be moved to the sites and iastalled within a few days after <br /> receipL <br /> However, enough secure storage space should be made available for the <br /> subscriber equipment during the loager period of mobile equipment <br /> installations.
