Redwood City Police <br /> Department Statement of Wor.k <br /> � 3.1 PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> Attached to this Statement of Work is 1Vlotorola's preliminary project <br /> schedule including Physical Progress Milestone information. This schedule <br /> is based on a receipt of contract award on October l, 1998 and includes a <br /> Gantt chart of project tasks and corresponding durations and payment <br /> milestones. � <br /> Hillsborough Police Department project tasks will part of the overall <br /> Redwood City project schedule. Refer to the Redwood City project schedule <br /> for timeline specifics.. _ <br /> 3.2 LICENSING AND PERNIITS <br /> The agencies of Hillsborough Police Department are responsible for the <br /> procurement of all licenses and permits required for the system by local, State <br /> and Federal authorities that are necessary for integration of the proposed <br /> equipment. This includes,but is not lunited to:FCC licenses, FAA permits <br /> and building permits. � <br /> It is the responsibility of Hillsborough Police Department to secure <br /> frequencies for use by this system. Motorola will assist in providing <br /> information for Hillsborough Police Department to help facilitate licensing <br /> �. coordination activities relevant to FCC filings for these frequencies. <br /> 3.3 CHANGE ORDER PROCEDURE <br /> Motorola will maintai.n the SOW with formal documentation denoting <br /> agreed-upon changes.Two identical master copies will be held: one by <br /> Hillsborough Police Department,the other by Motorola. SOW revisions will <br /> be made by changes res�ilting from system changes or documentation <br /> updates,which will follow the Change Request(CR) process described <br /> beiow. Change orders must comply with the Communications System - <br /> Agreement included in the Terms and Conditions section of the Contract. <br /> Under no circumstances will a change in scope of work be perfoimed without <br /> an executed change order. <br /> A CR will identify the contract change(s).Each CR v�ill reference the <br /> changes to the applicable SOW section.
