Redwood City Police <br /> Department Acceptance Test Plan <br /> �� A signature on a Test Verification Acceptance Form shall indicate that a test <br /> has been successfully completed. Signatures on alI of the tests, and resolution <br /> of the deficiencies punch list, constitutes unconditional acceptance of the <br /> system. <br /> �i Q���DEI,IVERABLE VERIFICATION <br /> Objective' <br /> This procedure will verify.that the hardware deliverables, as set out in the final <br /> Equipment List,have been delivered to the Redwood City Police Department <br /> It is important to note that descriptions and quantities of equipment listed in <br /> this proposed Acceptance Test Procedure aze subject to change with contract <br /> negotiation and final system configuration. <br /> Requirements <br /> Shipment of all equipment from the Motorola sta.ging location as well as access <br /> to all system equipment locations is required before commencement of these <br /> procedures. _ <br /> Procedures <br /> The representatives of the Redwood City Police Department and Motorola will <br /> reference the list of system hardware deliverables. The representatives will <br /> initial beside each item found to be delivered undamaged and free of visual <br /> defects signifying acceptabie receipt <br /> The Motorola Program Manager shall exaznine the test results before � <br /> presentation to the representative of the Redwood City Police Deparhnent <br /> Any deficiencies that fall onto the responsibilities of Motorola will be <br /> corrected under the direction of the Motorola.Prograrn Manager. Deficiencies <br /> ' that fall onto the responsi�bility of the Redwood City Police Department will be <br /> identified for.resolution. <br /> Final results of these tests shall be held by the Redwood City Police <br /> Department and Motorola and shall serve as a record of accepted ec}uipment <br /> delivery. <br /> ; <br /> 5 - 2 ��aoroROU� <br /> _ . __ _ _ _. ___ <br />
