Redwood City Police Department Acceptance Test Plan Co�icA�oN Lnvx VEx�cATTOrr ATP The objective of this test is to verify the integrity of the RF subsystem, the communications link between the RNC 3000 and a Mobile Workstation 520 (WS)via the base stations in the system. This test exercises the host link, central processor(RNC 3000),base station modem link;base station, and RF link to an MW520 and back again. A test host at the RNC 3000 location is used to send and receive messages through the data system to test the system from an MW520 to the RNC3000. The NIDD operator will manually generate all inbound messages, and the outbound messages will reside on the test hos� The test team will consist of at least two authorized Redwood City Police Department representa.tives and at least one Motorola employee. � Motorola Itesponsibilities Motorola will assume responsibility for aIl the pretest set-up and will provide all equipment required other than the Redwood City Police Deparrment infrastructure and mobile data devices. _ Motorola will record ail test results and will have a minimum of one person available on site to perform the tests. City of Redwood City Police Department Responsibilities The Redwood City Police Deparlment will provide an operational MW520 for the duration of the test The Reriwood City Police Department will provide an authorized representative to monitor the test at the host site and will provide and ensure that all parts of the link under test will be free from all other voice or data traffic for the duration of the test. The data system will be unusable for the duratioa of the test whiclt will last for approximately one day.
