DES:d;k 12/11/92 (032/34) <br /> aforesaid water shortage emergency so as to avoid inequitable <br /> allocations of the Supply Assurance and to encourage water <br /> conservation; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . Subject to the provisions of paragraph 3 hereof, this <br /> Council does hereby agree with the Suburban Purchasers that the <br /> provisions of Section 7 . 02 (b) of the Master Agreement dealing <br /> with the allocation of that portion of the Supply Assurance <br /> designated as the Suburban Allocable Water shall be, and hereby <br /> are, suspended as to water used by Suburban Purchasers subject <br /> thereto during the fiscal year 1992-1993 (i.e. , July 1 , 1992 - <br /> June 30 , 1993) , and hereby agrees that water usage during said <br /> fiscal year shall not be used for any purpose in determining <br /> permanent water entitlements to the Suburban Allocable Water. <br /> 2 . Except as provided in paragraph 1 hereof, this Council <br /> does hereby agree that Section 7 . 02 (b) of the Master Agreement <br /> shall remain in full force and effect and shall operate without <br /> modification as to water used during all fiscal years except <br /> those specified in the aforementioned Resolutions Nos. 10909 , <br /> 11452 and 11611 and paragraph 1 hereof, recommencing with fiscal <br /> year 1993-1994 . <br /> 3 . This resolution shall become effective upon adoption of <br /> resolutions of like tenor by each of the 25 other water <br /> purchasers similarly affected by the provisions of Section <br /> 7 . 02 (b) of the Master Agreement on or before December 31 , 1992; <br /> 3 11921 <br />
