DES:, : 12/02/92 (043/28) <br /> O R I G I N A L 12/14/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11918 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br /> THEREWITH <br /> (CINCO DE MAYO CELEBRATION) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Club Mexicano-Americano <br /> for the use of certain public rights-of-way in connection with <br /> the Cinco de Mayo Celebration on May 2 , 1993 , in the form of <br /> Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein is hereby approved, the regulation of the <br /> public rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted pursuant <br /> to Vehicle Code Section 21100 , and the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized to issue said permit. <br />
