This letter <br /> permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> 1. The Event: The Cinco de Mayo Festivities shall be sponsored by and <br /> conducted by the Permittee. <br /> 2. Revocation This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by <br /> the City. This permit is non-transferable. <br /> 3. Location: The City shall order the necessary temporary street closures <br /> and provide barricades, but Permittee shall be responsible for placing <br /> the barricades. The areas reserved for the Cinco de Mayo Festivities are <br /> the City parking lot which is bordered by Middlefield Road, Jefferson <br /> Avenue and the SP Railroad Line and is adjacent to Winslow and <br /> Hamilton Streets and the City parking lot on Middlefield at Hamilton (rear <br /> of"Pizza and Pipes"). (Refer to Exhibit "A") <br /> Additionally, the following street will be reserved for the Cinco de Mayo <br /> Festivities: <br /> the dead end of Hamilton at Winslow ( this street to be closed for <br /> the setup of a canopy and stage at 6:00 PM on May 1 , 1993.) <br /> On the day of the event the City will also close Winslow (at Broadway), <br /> Middlefield (at Broadway) and Middlefield at Jefferson (for Middlefield <br /> • traffic). <br /> 1 <br /> 1 1118 <br />
