10. City Services The City agrees to provide the following services: <br /> * Extra police patrol during the event; <br /> * Provide 60 barricades to the event site for use by <br /> Permittee; <br /> * Post "No Parking Signs" prior to the Cinco de Mayo <br /> Festivities. <br /> 11. Restroom Facilities: Adequate temporary restroom facilities shall be <br /> provided by Permittee at no expense to the City. <br /> 12. Miscellaneous and Additional Matters. It is further agreed that the <br /> following miscellaneous concerns and services shall be the <br /> responsibility of Permittee, coordinated and approved by the Chief of <br /> Police. <br /> * additional security guards (4) in the stage area, <br /> * clean-up during and after the event, <br /> * provision of trash bins and trash containers, <br /> * coordination with the police regarding security and event <br /> communications, <br /> * notification to downtown merchants and coordination with the <br /> owners of the Gypsy Cellar Restaurant, <br /> * beer, wine and soft drinks in paper cups, no bottles, <br /> * a temporary fence (6' in height) shall be placed by the Permittee <br /> along the west (railroad side) side of the parking lot, parallel to the <br /> rail road tracks, from the area immediately behind the stage <br /> through the most northerly end of the parking lot.
