An exception to this was the recommendation to <br />convert Scott Avenue to one-way between Flynn Avenue and Burbank Avenue. The <br />project received priority project status; however, it remained controversial with some <br />residents in Redwood Village. Some residents supported the proposed configuration, <br />some wanted both streets to be one-way and some preferred no change. <br />
