Payment <br />milestones for this engagement will be invoiced as follows: <br />a. Payment Milestone 1: <br />• $19,677.53 (40%) of the total fixed price will be invoiced by Hyland to <br />Customer upon successful installation of the application software on the <br />Customers servers. <br />b. Payment Milestone 2: <br />• $19,677.53 (40%) of the total fixed price will be invoiced by Hyland to <br />Customer upon joint verification by Hyland and Customer that acceptance <br />testing of the solution is complete and a go live date has been set. <br />c.
