These funds will leverage existing funding
contributed by the Stanford in Redwood City project for the Neighborhood Street
Enhancement Program.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
The acceptance of grant funds and amendment of the budget are not defined as
projects under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA
Guidelines, section 15378, because they have no potential for resulting in either a direct
or reasonable foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. The work
associated with the Project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the CEQA
Guidelines per Section 15301 Class 1 (c); the plan includes projects that are alterations
to existing facilities on existing highways and streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and
pedestrian trails and similar facilities.
KIMBERLY OVERTON
ASSISTANT ENGINEER II
AARON AKNIN
ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER & DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
MELISSA STEVENSON DIAZ
CITY MANAGER
ATTACHMENTS
1.
